Nutritional menus for children 1-3 and 4-5 years old

Good week dear mothers, this week I would like to give you information about how to plan menus for our 1-3 and 4-5 year old children using our serving lists.

In the last 4 weeks, you have watched with interest the food groups that children of this age group should take in one day and the amount of nutrients entering these food groups. We did not understand the subject very well in the e-mails I received in the last weeks, how do we apply? I bought articles on. On the other hand, do I get the menus of those who understand the subject very well and do it right? the number of those who said that was too much.

I prepare my articles in my own office and check my e-mails when I am not looking for patients and try to write answers. I take a lot of questions and usually try to write answers. But what happens when I can't answer. Due to my busy schedule, I think you will be kind enough to take care of the glitches. Thank you very much for your close attention.

Every mother wants her child to have more appetite. In fact, this situation is a little exaggerated and begins to compare with peers. Remember, each individual has its own characteristics, unfortunately you can not change it. Because it is not only the individual who affects your child's nutritional behavior, but also environmental, familial and attitude factors that suppress or increase the child's appetite. For this reason, it is necessary to be very careful about the foods to be given to the child, to provide diversity, to prepare soft menu in terms of taste and sensory, and to give full energy and other nutrients. The purpose of the portion list I have told you is to provide adequate and balanced nutrition.

SPECIAL NUTRITION PLAN FOR 1 YEAR OLD CHILD

When he wakes up:
Breast milk

Breakfast:
1/4 thin slice of bread
1-2 slices of tomato slice
karper cheese
1 teaspoon apricot marmalade

Search for:
1/4 bowl of fruit

Noon:
1/4 thin slice of bread
1 bowl of vegetable dish (with meat)
1/2 bowl of yogurt

Afternoon:
2 pieces of biscuits
1/4 bowl of fruit

Evening:
1/4 thin slice of bread
1/4 bowl of rice / pasta
1/4 bowl of dried legumes
carrot salad (mashed)

Night:
Breast milk

Note: You can distribute portions as you mothers want. I've prepared you a menu just as an expert. You can prepare separate menus for each day. For example, you didn't use meat in vegetables, you can use the portion of meat as 1 boiled egg for breakfast. When you collect the milk portion, you will have 2 portions with cheese and yoghurt, and the recommended 3 portions. Babies who take breast milk at night will consume 1 portion of milk. Do not forget to add oil to the food!

I wish all mothers success. Mothers can send me their menus for me to plan and evaluate. Yours !!!
